Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a passionate, experienced full-time Customer Success Manager to join our Client Services Team. The ideal candidate will help shape how our clients gainfully incorporate Robotics into their businesses. To be successful, you will need experience helping end users figure out how to get the most value out of new technology while deepening customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction to retain, defend, and grow revenue within assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for key customers, understanding customer needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Project manage system demonstrations and deployments, acting as the main point of contact for coordination, understanding of client needs, and to ensure success.
  • Develop account strategy that will ensure client success using Brain product solutions, expand the business to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of their long-term business drivers.
  • Effectively address customer issues by creating change within the account and by leading internal cross-functional teams to solve problems.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure that the onboarding of new clients is accomplished in a seamless and smooth way.
  • Ensure agreed upon deal is successful by consulting with clients on their business objectives and providing product solutions to meet objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of client facing experience in either a customer success or account management role ideally at a B2B SaaS firm
  • Strong customer focus and problem resolution skills
  • Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams
  • Ability and willingness to learn: Robotics, AI, industry verticals, new business models
  • A self-starter with a proven track record of getting clients to try new products and personally ensuring clients’ expectations were met.

This position is located in our San Diego office and support US sales at this time.  We look at this position as incorporating both customer success and account management responsibilities. It is a key role to ensure the ongoing success of existing and newly acquired customers and share client insights back into the sales and product teams.
