We are seeking a passionate, experienced full-time Customer Success Manager to join our Client Services Team. The ideal candidate will help shape how our clients gainfully incorporate Robotics into their businesses. To be successful, you will need experience helping end users figure out how to get the most value out of new technology while deepening customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction to retain, defend, and grow revenue within assigned accounts.
This position is located in our San Diego office and support US sales at this time. We look at this position as incorporating both customer success and account management responsibilities. It is a key role to ensure the ongoing success of existing and newly acquired customers and share client insights back into the sales and product teams.
