As a member of the Client Services team, the Field Services Deployment Coordinator is responsible for providing scheduling coordination and administrative support to company sales and services management and staff by conducting analysis, preparing reports, handling information requests, calendaring meetings/events and performing clerical functions. This is a pivotal role that schedules site visits and robot deployment for our field services team (currently about 30 employees, will grow to 50) as well as arranges for replacement parts to be ordered and shipped as needed to customer locations.
Work Environment: General office environment, occasional work with Warehouse for Shipping and Receiving
