Field Services Deployment Coordinator

As a member of the Client Services team, the Field Services Deployment Coordinator is responsible for providing scheduling coordination and administrative support to company sales and services management and staff by conducting analysis, preparing reports, handling information requests, calendaring meetings/events and performing clerical functions.  This is a pivotal role that schedules site visits and robot deployment for our field services team (currently about 30 employees, will grow to 50) as well as arranges for replacement parts to be ordered and shipped as needed to customer locations.


  • Coordinates staff schedules for robotic deployments
  • Oversees new hire on-boarding and training schedule arrangements
  • Tracks and reviews time and attendance logs and input
  • Administer deployment planning tools to coordinate and track shipment for Robots
  • Ensures team tool kit are stocked, uniforms ordered and distributed to employees
  • Places RMA order and tracks status through the MRP system, schedules repair technicians once parts are delivered.  Ensures appropriate entry into the Accounting System (i.e. Quickbooks) for RMA orders.
  • Tracks and follows-up on deployment team reporting worksheets
  • Acts as the first point of contact for deployment team on administrative and issue resolution
  • Distributes and collects customer feedback post deployment
  • Gathers data for metrics reporting on deployment details and generates managerial reports


  • High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 years of general office management experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Heavy calendar coordination
  • Effective and proactive communication
  • Follow through on commitments
  • Microsoft Office (especially excel), GSuite (Google Calendar), accounting systems (Quickbooks, GreatPlains), MRP/ERP (i.e. SalesForce, Mysis)

Work Environment: General office environment, occasional work with Warehouse for Shipping and Receiving
